  Ordered 4 rolls of ivy, was charged $37.95 shipping from Southern CA to Northern CA, the order confirmation states "Please keep in mind Standard orders take 1-2 days for processing"... the tracking number provided for Fedex shipping indicates the order will arrive in 3 weeks in Tampa, FL, I live in Northern California. When I call customer service they indicate the order will be turned around and sent to me in Northern CA, however, 2 days later, the tracking number states the shipment is still on track to Tampa. I call customer service again requesting they send anther shipment directly to me, they refused, I asked for shipping fees waived, they refused, I asked to cancel the order, they refused stating it is already in transit....not to CA but to Florida though....I would advise finding another company, their customer service is poor at best.
