  This review is for the owners. The place looks great, the staff is great, you have a great start here. The protein needs some serious work! Serving up beef and chicken sitting in a warmer is not good, nor authentic. It was dry, very grainy, and not fresh. Even your falafel is over-fried. You've got potential but you HAVE to rethink your protein. Go to Doner G and take a tip on doing great meats. Hope you make some changes...
